Key Responsibilities: 
 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned 
territory. 
 Identify and engage with OEMs, EV manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders. 
 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and 
customer satisfaction. 
 Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. 
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the EV 
drivetrain space. 
 Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, and Service) to ensure 
timely delivery and customer support. 
 Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. 
 Represent Rotomotive at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Required Qualifications & Skills: 
 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE) – Mechanical, Electrical, or related 
discipline. 
 Experience:
o Minimum 10–12 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive 
components or EV solutions. 
o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts. 
 Strong understanding of drivetrain systems and EV technologies. 
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
 Ability to work independently and manage a team if required. 
 Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
