Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage solar rooftop installation projects in assigned districts (Kurnool, Kadapa, Anantapur).
  • Implement and oversee solar rooftop installations under government and private initiatives, with emphasis on PM Surya Ghar Yojna projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with Project Leaders and Service Engineers for seamless execution.
  • Supervise site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage with local stakeholders, government bodies, and customers to promote solar adoption.
  • Prepare progress reports and share updates with Project Leaders.
  • Resolve technical and operational challenges on-site.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in the solar industry.
  • Preference: Prior experience in PM Surya Ghar Yojna or rooftop solar installation projects.
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Location: Candidates must be from Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
  • Language: Fluency in Telugu (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage district-level operations.
